Questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan gives you one voice profile, one writing analysis covering all 45 reference points, and one free draft so you can try the voice, with no card required. That draft is a one-off for the life of the account; generating regularly is the paid step.

What does a credit buy?

A draft up to 5,000 words is 1 credit, up to 10,000 words is 2 credits and up to 15,000 words is 3 credits, whatever the content type; 15,000 words is the longest one draft can be. Outlines and voice-match scores are free, and so is hand-editing a draft you already generated. Regenerating from the same brief costs the draft's credits again. Polish and humanise follow the same tiers, on the length of the text.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Credits reset each billing cycle. On Operator and Studio you can also buy a top-up: £10 for 40 extra credits, one-off, and they never expire.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings, and the change is prorated against your current cycle.
